A cozy fall recipe for a s'mores flavored latte base or syrup, perfect for iced lattes. It combines toasted marshmallows, graham crackers, and smoky sea salt with a simple sugar syrup.

1. combine the water and sugar in a saucepan. stir until sugar is dissolved. 2. add the marshmallows to a baking pan and broil for 1-2 minutes, until toasted. 3. stir into the saucepan, as well as the smoky sea salt and graham crackers. once dissolved, remove from heat to cool to room temperature. 4. strain with a fine mesh sieve then store in a glass container in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
