1. Whisk the honey and lemon juice together until the honey has fully dissolved in the juice. If needed, heat up over medium heat for 1 minute to help the honey to dissolve. 2. Juice the cucumber and basil either in the blender and poured through a fine mesh sieve, or in a juicer. 3. Combine all ingredients in a large glass pitcher. Serve over ice to enjoy!
