An elevated grilled cheese sandwich featuring sourdough bread, creamy chèvre goat cheese, seasoned tomato slices, and sharp cheddar cheese, grilled until golden brown and melted.

1. Brush the outer ends of the bread slices with butter or olive oil. 2. Slather the goat on one ‘inner’ slice of bread and layer with the seasoned tomatoes and sliced cheddar cheese. Add fresh dill if using. Add the other slice of bread. 3. Add to a hot griddle or skillet to cook 2-3 minutes in each side, until crispy and cheese is melted. Enjoy warm!
