We’re taking a break from all the cozy holiday recipes for this Roasted Salmon, Burrata, & Spinach Sandwich that’s super easy and simple to make! 🌿 Made with @bluecirclefoods Classic Roasted Atlantic Salmon that’s gently smoked and ready to eat with a delicate, buttery flavor. And it’s rich in Omega-3s, lean protein, and antioxidants!

1. Place the sourdough bread slices on a parchment-lined baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Broil 1-2 minutes on each side, until crisp. Rub the bread slices with the whole garlic clove. 2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Layer toasted sourdough slices with sliced avocado, tomato slices seasoned with salt and pepper, sour cream-basil mixture, spinach, roasted salmon, burrata, and microgreens. Add the top bread slice before slicing in half to enjoy!
