1 - Mix all Blackened Seasoning ingredients together. Set aside. 2 - In a separate bowl, mix all the Remoulade Sauce ingredients together. Set aside. 3 - Cut the salmon filets into 2-3” pieces. Add to a large bowl with 2-3 tablespoons of the Blackened Seasoning. Massage the salmon so the seasoning is evenly distributed. 4 - Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over Medium High Heat. 5 - Add the salmon bites to sear 40-45 seconds on each side. 6 - Reduce heat to Medium-Low. Add 2 tbsp water to the pan and cover with a lid. Cook 4-6 more minutes, until flaky and fully cooked. 7 - Enjoy warm immediately with Remoulade sauce!
