Dan-O’s TikTok Famous Crispy Parmesan Potato Wedges with Dill Pickle Dipping Sauce

Crispy, parmesan-y, tender potato wedges, buttery and paired with a Dill Pickle Dipping Sauce, using Dan-O’s NEW Parmesan Cheesoning for an all-in-one seasoning.

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Cut potatoes in half longways, then score with a knife by cutting 3-4 slits on each side. 3. Melt the butter and mix in the olive oil, 1 ½ cups grated parmesan, and Dan-O’s Cheesoning. 4. Toss the potatoes in half of the parmesan mixture, then spread the remaining half on the prepared pan. 5. Dip the potatoes face down in the remaining ½ cup parmesan, then lay face down on the pan in the parmesan paste. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, or until the potatoes are tender. 7. Remove from oven and let cool at least 5 minutes before enjoying warm. 8. To make the dipping sauce, simply stir all ingredient together to serve with the potatoe wedges. Enjoy!
