A super easy, last minute Christmas appetizer that hits all the crunchy savory cravings, featuring puff pastry, dijon mustard, prosciutto, gruyere, and cranberry sauce.

1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Unroll the thawed sheet of puff pastry on a large sheet of parchment paper. 3. Working on one long side, spread a generous layer of dijon mustard then layer with the prosciutto, grated gruyere, and cranberry sauce. 4. Fold over the empty half and gently press down to seal in the fillings. 5. Slice into 1/2” slices. Twist each slice together then gently pull to lengthen. Place back on the parchment paper. 6. Brush with an egg wash then add extra gruyère on top of each. 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until deeply golden and puffed up. 8. Enjoy with extra cranberry sauce on the side for dipping!
