1. Preheat oven to 300F. Line and lightly grease an 8x8” baking pan. 2. Mix all crust ingredients together. Press into prepared pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. 3. Whisk all the filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour over the chilled crust. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until jiggly but set. 4. Let the pie cool completely in the fridge for 1-2 hours before slicing and topping with whipped cream. Enjoy!
