Place the heavy whipping cream in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat until stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth. Pour into the heavy whipping bowl then fold together gently with a spatula. Add the crushed cookies to fold in just until combined. Place in a parchment lined loaf pan to freeze for 6-8 hours, until soft serve texture. Enjoy!
