1. Pour the honey over the blossoms in a glass jar. 2. Seal tightly with the jar lid, then set in a spot away from direct sunlight (at room temperature). 3. Allow the honey to infuse for 1 week, turning the jar every day to redistribute the blossoms. The longer it sits, the more lavender infused the honey will become! 4. Once ready, you can strain the lavender blossoms out of the honey to enjoy :)
