
(Air Fryer) Crispy Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls
A fun twist on buffalo chicken dip turned into crispy egg rolls made in the air fryer!
What you need
cup buffalo sauce

cup sour cream

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

scallion

tbsp cilantro
lb cooked chicken breast

spring roll wrappers
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, sour cream, chopped scallions, and chopped cilantro. Mix well. Working one at a time, brush the edges of the egg wrapper with water. Add 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken into the center with 1-2 tablespoon of shredded cheese. Fold in the edges like an envelope, then roll up tightly like a burrito. Repeat with remaining egg roll wrappers. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Bake on Air Fryer mode at 400F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden. Enjoy warm with extra buffalo sauce and sour cream, or ranch!View original recipe
