These Blackened Salmon Bites Power Bowl with Ginger Glaze are easy to make, full of fresh flavors, packed with omega 3s and high protein!
What you need

tbsp onion powder
tbsp light-brown sugar

tsp kosher salt
tbsp olive oil

garlic powder

cayenne
harissa

italian seasoning

paprika

honey

salted butter

soy sauce
lemon

ginger root

pineapple

cilantro

cherry tomato

avocado

jasmine rice
Instructions
Mix the blackened salmon seasonings in a large bowl until well-combined. Add the salmon and massage the seasoning mix into the salmon cubes. Heat up a large skillet over Medium High Heat for 3-4 minutes until hot. Add the olive oil, then add the salmon cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. To make the glaze, simply stir all ingredient together. Toss the salmon bites in the glaze. To serve, place the salmon bites over a bowl of rice. Toss the finely chopped pineapple, cilantro, and tomatoes together. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Add to the salmon bowls. Add avocado to the bowls, as well.
