
Chili Honey Tuna Melt
This Chili Honey Tuna Melt is made without mayo but is still creamy and rich just like you’d dream it to be! It uses plain Greek yogurt for a lower calorie, high protein alternative and fresh dill for earthy notes to balance it out.
What you need

oz tuna

celery
lemon

cup nonfat greek yogurt

tbsp honey

tsp chili powder
tbsp dill

tomato
tbsp chipotle in adobo

tbsp tahini

sourdough bread

tbsp salt

cheddar cheese

black peppercorn
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the canned tuna, yogurt, adobo sauce, chopped dill, honey, tahini, lemon juice, chopped red onion, chopped celery, and chili powder. Mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 2. Layer your sandwiches with the sliced cheddar, slices tomatoes, and the tuna mix. 3. On a heated griddle, add a little butter or olive oil.
