
Creamy Chicken & Honey Bacon Baguette Sandwiches

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Add the baguette directly on the oven racks to toast for 3-5 minutes. 3. Add the bacon slices to the prepared pan and drizzle generously with the honey. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and browned. Remove from oven to cool to room temperature. 4. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, chives, and Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing. Mix and adjust to taste. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 5. Slice the toasted baguette in half lengthwise. Layer with the creamy chicken, crispy honey bacon, and garnish with more fresh chives.
