Instructions
1. Place 2-3 beaten eggs on a lightly greased nonstick skillet. 2. Place 2 thinly sliced pieces of bread back-to-back on the eggs. 3. Once the eggs are set/cooked, flip them. 4. Add your favorite fillings across the center (such as caramelized onions, shredded cheddar, spinach, and chopped Lorissa’s Kitchen Jalapeno Beef Sticks). 5.
