What you need

cinnamon stick

brie
cup preserves

puff pastry
Instructions
1. Slice the thawed puff pastry into 3-4” squares, depending on size of Brie. 2. Place a mini brie in the center of each square, then layer with a dollop of fig preserve. 3. Bring up the edges of the puff pastry to cover the Brie and pinch together to seal. Roll in between your palms into a ball if needed. 4. Use baking string to create the pumpkin lines. 5. Brush with an egg wash. 6. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. 7. Remove the strings and decorate with the cinnamon sticks and fresh rosemary to mimic a pumpkin.
