What you need

tsp salt

bunch parsley

tbsp smoked paprika
salmon fillet

tsp blackened seasoning
cup pickle relish
cup plain greek yogurt

tsp hot sauce

cup dijon mustard

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp onion powder

tbsp olive oil

tbsp cayenne pepper

clove garlic clove

tbsp harissa

tbsp italian herbs

tsp horseradish
Instructions
1 - Mix all Blackened Seasoning ingredients together. Set aside. 2 - In a separate bowl, mix all the Remoulade Sauce ingredients together. Set aside. 3 - Cut the salmon filets into 2-3” pieces. Add to a large bowl with 2-3 tablespoons of the Blackened Seasoning. Massage the salmon so the seasoning is evenly distributed. 4 - Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over Medium High Heat. 5 - Add the salmon bites to sear 40-45 seconds on each side. 6 - Reduce heat to Medium-Low. Add 2 tbsp water to the pan and cover with a lid. Cook 4-6 more minutes, until flaky and fully cooked. 7 - Enjoy warm immediately with Remoulade sauce!View original recipe
