Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Sprinkle some shredded cheese evenly on the parchment paper. Place your leftover dumplings on top of the cheese. Sprinkle a little more shredded cheese over the dumplings. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and crispy and the dumplings are heated through.
