Spiced Salmon with Ben's Original 10 Medley

One of my favorite was to spice up leftover salmon is pairing it with Ben’s Original™10 Medley for a quick flavor fix, as well as a healthy mix of grains, vegetables, and legumes!

What you need

oz sesame seed

carrot

cucumber

scallion

hass avocado

tortilla chips
salmon fillet
Instructions
1. Heat up Ben’s Original™ 10 Medley according to package instructions, then transfer to a serving bowl. 2. Use your fork to “shred” the cooked salmon fillet, then add on top of the rice medley. 3. Layer on the finely chopped carrots, cucumber, avocado, and scallions. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds and sirarcha. 5. Enjoy with tortilla chips or seaweed!View original recipe
