What you need

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil
slice toast

Instructions
1. Pan-fry the 2 Apple Thyme Salmon Sausages in 1 tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until warmed through. 2. While sausages are cooking, slice the 1 Heirloom Tomato and fry it in ½ tbsp. olive oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 3. Prepare 2 over-medium eggs to your liking. 4. Warm ½ cup of baked beans. 5. Halve 1 cup of mushrooms and sauté them in olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes until tender. 6.
