Dan-O’s TikTok Famous Crispy Parmesan Potato Wedges with Dill Pickle Dipping Sauce

Crispy, parmesan-y, tender potato wedges, buttery and paired with a Dill Pickle Dipping Sauce, using Dan-O’s NEW Parmesan Cheesoning for an all-in-one seasoning.

What you need

unsalted butter

oz cream cheese

cup dill pickle

cup grated parmesan cheese

cup pickle juice

tbsp fresh dill

lb baby potato

cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Cut potatoes in half longways, then score with a knife by cutting 3-4 slits on each side. 3. Melt the butter and mix in the olive oil, 1 ½ cups grated parmesan, and Dan-O’s Cheesoning. 4. Toss the potatoes in half of the parmesan mixture, then spread the remaining half on the prepared pan. 5. Dip the potatoes face down in the remaining ½ cup parmesan, then lay face down on the pan in the parmesan paste. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, or until the potatoes are tender. 7. Remove from oven and let cool at least 5 minutes before enjoying warm. 8. To make the dipping sauce, simply stir all ingredient together to serve with the potatoe wedges. Enjoy!View original recipe
