This is genuinely the BEST Breakfast Croissant Sandwich I’ve made yet! I soft scrambled eggs with my special blend of spices and oven baked the bacon with a homemade honey bourbon glaze for a deep caramelization… I can’t wait for y’all to try it! 🌸🌷✨

What you need

tbsp olive oil

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp basil

avocado

tsp dried thyme

slice bacon

cup honey

tbsp bourbon

croissant

slice white cheddar
egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 2. Add the bacon in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. 3. In a small saucepan, combine the honey and bourbon. Bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes. 4. Brush the glaze on the bacon then bake an additional 10-15 minutes, until crispy and caramelized. 5. To make the eggs, whisk the eggs and spices together. Add the olive oil to a large pan over medium heat. Add the eggs and use a spatula occasionally stir the eggs until a soft scramble. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 6. To assemble, slice the croissants in half lengthwise. Layer with avocado, eggs, sliced cheese, pickled onions, and micro greens to enjoy!View original recipe
