What you need

cup lime juice

tbsp lime zest

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp granulated cane sugar

cup sweetened condensed milk

egg yolk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300F. Line and lightly grease an 8x8” baking pan. 2. Mix all crust ingredients together. Press into prepared pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. 3. Whisk all the filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour over the chilled crust. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until jiggly but set. 4.
