Cranberry & Pesto Baked Turkey Sliders

What you need

tbsp grated parmesan cheese

cup shredded cheddar

lb deli turkey

tbsp fresh basil

cup basil pesto

hawaiian sweet rolls
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Line a large sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper. 3. Slice the sweet rolls in half lengthwise. Place inside of the prepared baking dish. 4. On the bottom half, spread a generous layer of basil pesto and the cranberry jam. 5. Layer on the sliced turkey and shredded cheddar cheese. Sandwich with the top half of the sweet rolls. 6. In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped basil, melted butter, and grated parmesan. Mix well. 7. Brush that melted butter mix over the top of the sweet rolls. 8. Cover the baking dish with foil to bake for 10-15 minutes, until warmed through and cheese is melted. 9. Remove foil to broil on HIGH for 1-2 minutes to crispen the top of the sweet rolls. 10.
