What you need

tsp vanilla extract

orange food color

pretzel sticks

cup heavy whipping cream

tbsp unsalted butter

oz white chocolate

cup unsweetened shredded coconut

red cinnamon candies
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the heavy whipping cream. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, just until it begins to bubble in the saucepan. 2. Stir in the butter. 3. Add the white chocolate and stir over LOW heat until completely melted. 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour into a glass bowl. Stir in the vanilla extract. 5. Let cool completely, cover, then refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. 6. Remove from the refrigerator and roll into equal parts large (for the snowmen’s bodies) and small balls (for the snowmen’s heads). 7. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Place on parchment paper and place in the freezer 15-20 minutes. 8. To Assemble: Layer the smaller truffles on top of each larger truffle using a little melted chocolate. 9. For the Buttons & Eyes: Add 3 small dots to each large truffle for the snowmen’s buttons, and two small dots on the small truffles for their eyes. 10. For the Nose: Use melted white chocolate and food coloring to pipe on the snowmen’s nose, or press in a tiny slice of carrot. 11. For the Scarf: If needed, slice the red candy strips into thinner pieces to wrap around the snowmen’s bodies for their scarves. Enjoy and have fun!View original recipe
