cup plain greek yogurt

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp seasoned salt

Instructions
(Optional) Keeping the skins on the garlic cloves, char over the grill or a gas stovetop burner for 1 minute, flipping halfway, until charred. Let cool before finely mincing.
