Instructions
Creamy Version: Steep 1 1/2 cups water with 1/2” fresh ginger (and optional: a few fresh mint leaves) for 8-10 minutes. The water will be slightly tinted when ready. Enjoy with milk and honey. Regular Version: Steep 1 1/2 cups water with 1/2” fresh ginger and juice of 1/2 lemon for 8-10 minutes. Stir in local honey to taste to be enjoyed.
