1. Pour the honey over the blossoms in a glass jar. 2. Seal tightly with the jar lid, then set in a spot away from direct sunlight (at room temperature). 3. Allow the honey to infuse for 1 week, turning the jar every day to redistribute the blossoms. The longer it sits, the more lavender infused the honey will become! 4.
