1. Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, olive oil, lemon zest, apple cider vinegar, and seasonings. Mix well. If time allows, let marinate in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. 3. Preheat the Air Fryer at 375F for 3 minutes. 4. Thread the seasoned chicken onto the wooden skewers. Add the skewers to the air fryer to cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked through. 5.
