What you need

tbsp olive oil

tsp black pepper
tsp salt

tbsp fresh basil

clove garlic clove

cup microgreens

fl oz fresh lemon juice

cup sour cream

cup fresh spinach

slice tomato

slice sourdough bread

oz salmon
Instructions
1. Place the sourdough bread slices on a parchment-lined baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Broil 1-2 minutes on each side, until crisp. Rub the bread slices with the whole garlic clove. 2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Layer toasted sourdough slices with sliced avocado, tomato slices seasoned with salt and pepper, sour cream-basil mixture, spinach, roasted salmon, burrata, and microgreens.
