Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Bake at 425F (218C) for 20-30 minutes, until it's golden and flaky. 4. Once the puff pastry is flaky, carefully remove it from the oven. Add toppings including shredded mozzarella cheese, your cooked Millionaire's Bacon, and crack an egg on top of each pastry. Sprinkle with fresh chives, salt, and black pepper to taste. 5.
