A great alternative to regular chili, this Slow Cooker Creamy White Chicken Chili is made with hearty white beans, tender chicken, and a creamy chicken broth for a cozy dinner!

What you need

fl oz chicken broth

yellow onion

tsp ground cumin

tsp oregano

oz green chile

oz reduced-fat cream cheese

clove garlic clove

oz sweet corn

oz great northern beans

tsp garlic powder

lb skinless boneless chicken breast

tsp black pepper

tsp chili powder

cup half & half
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese and milk into a crockpot/slow cooker. 2. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or LOW for 7-8 hours. 3. Once cooked, remove 1/2 cup of the hot soup to add into a bowl. Add the cream cheese, as well as the half and half. Stir until smooth. Pour back into the crockpot.
