What you need

can canned albacore tuna

tbsp green olive

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp tahini

english muffin

tbsp cilantro

fl oz lemon juice

shallot

tbsp capers
orange zest

slice heirloom tomato

tsp red chili flakes

tbsp dill weed
Instructions
1. Drain the canned tuna of any liquid, then mash in a bowl with the yogurt, tahini, and lemon juice. 2. Add the remaining ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 3. Layer the toasted English muffin or bread slice(s) with the heirloom tomato (seasoned, of course!) and then the citrus tuna mixture.
