What you need

oz cooked pasta

tsp fine sea salt
cup pasta water

cup grated parmesan cheese

lb italian sausage

tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package direction, until al dente. Before draining reserve 1 cup pasta water. 2. Brown the sausage in a hot skillet with the olive oil. Set aside. 3. In a large saucepan, add the prosciutto in bite sized pieces with a small drizzle of olive oil to cook until crispy, about 1 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside. 4. Add the cracked black pepper to the saucepan and cook for 30 seconds. 5.Add the salt and reserved pasta water. Bring to a boil. 6. Add the grated parmesan, then whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. 7. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated in the creamy sauceView original recipe
