What you need
tbsp plain greek yogurt

tbsp olive oil

fl oz chili oil

tsp italian herb mix

tsp soy sauce

ramen noodles

clove garlic clove

tsp onion powder
egg

scallion

can canned albacore tuna
Instructions
1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Gently drop the egg with a spoon into the water. Cook for 6 minutes for a runny yolk, then transfer to a bowl filled with ice and cold water to sit for 5 minutes before peeling. 2. Refill the saucepan with fresh water and bring to a boil for the noodles. 3. In a skillet, add the olive oil to heat up. Drain any liquids from the canned tuna, then add to the skillet with half of the scallions and half of the minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the soy sauce to cook another 1-2 minutes, until crispy. 4. In your serving bowl, combine the egg yolk, remaining garlic, ramen package seasoning/sauce, yogurt, and (optional) additional seasonings. 5. Add the ramen noodles to the boiling water to cook according to package instructions. A minute before it’s done cooking, add 1/2 cup of the water to your serving bowl. Whisk until a smooth, creamy sauce. 6. Add the drained noodles to the creamy sauce, then top with the crispy tuna, runny boiled egg, fresh scallions, and (optional) a drizzle of chili crisp oil to enjoy!View original recipe
